At the invitation of Royal Audit Authority the GPPMD presented the e-GP System to RAA officials on 26 June 2017 at ECB Conference Hall. Around 82 RAA officials attended the sensitization. The main objective of such presentation is to orient about the system, security features, audit trails, integrity, transparency and effectiveness. 

 

On 3 August 2017 GPPMD presented the e-GP System to Ministry of Education (MOE) at DYS Conference Hall chaired by Hon'ble Secretary. Other present in the meeting includes DGs, Directors and all the chiefs. Since MOE is the one of the pilot agency it was so timely to provide additional information and orient all the officials who would be using the system.
