"Annual Frame work contract" 1.Contractor is not eligible to claim any ideal charges and work must be carried out as an when required by the client 2.No mobilization and material advances will be given3.Contractor needs to deposit a performance security of Nu.10,00,000.4.The Credit line is Nu.25,00,000.5.The items mentioned in BOQ (for Sl.no 49. and  Sl.no 50.) shall not be considered during evaluation6.Payment will be done after submission of bill along with the site inventory of workdone.7.The rates of all the work items should be valid upto the end of June 2022

Amendment / Corrigendum Text :	<p>The Defect Liability Period for the Annual Frame work contract  "Improvement of drain, foothpath and construction of water chamber at various location within south, Thimphu" will be for one year after the completion of contract period. Therefore the retention amount of 10% for every work order will be deducted from the contractor's bill.</p>
