<p>Sl.No.7.    Providing and laying Asphalt/Bituminous concrete to required degree of compation based on the job mxture designapproved by the supervising engineer using asphalt plant, paver, steel roller, tyre roller etc. as per material gradation and aggregate quality specified and including preparation of surface with road broom, application of tack coat(emulsion)@0.75kg/sq.m by mechanized method using aphalt plant- Crushed sand is not allowed in DBM and AC mix design 50mm. Bidder has to bid excluding cost of bitumen. Bitumen will be provided by the Client however lifting arrangement should be done by the bidder from Jimina Mewang Gewog)Thimphu Dzongkhag.</p>
