Under Information for Bidder/Consultant in Notice it is given that Association with the foreign firm is given as "YES" however, we would like to clarify that as reflected in ToR 'The proposal of joint-venture/ consortium/ association with regional/international firms shall not be allowed and only with local/national firms shall be allowed'. 2. There are only 5 key experts. The Structural Engineer and Team leader should be one person. 3. For the project area, please refer to the tentative project area map uploaded in e-GP.
