Eligibility of Tenderer :

1.  A valid Trade License issued by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment (MoICE), Royal Government of Bhutan.
 2.  A valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the Department of Revenue and Customs (DRC)

3. The bidder must be an established Enterprise IT Solutions Provider or System Integrator with a proven track record.
 4.  Must have successfully executed at least two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity (such as deployment of PACS, large-scale enterprise network storage systems, or high-end server configurations) in a hospital or enterprise environment within the last five (5) years.
 5. Must submit a Manufacturer's Authorization Form (MAF) from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the server hardware, enterprise SSDs, and storage controllers to guarantee authentic equipment and direct technical support.
