The bidder shall be a legally registered entity authorized to conduct business in Bhutan and shall possess a valid Trade License relevant to the supply of motor vehicles, heavy duty commercial vehicles.

The bidder shall be a manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial vehicles or an authorized dealer/distributor/supplier of the offered truck chassis and water tanker. Authorized dealers or distributors shall submit valid authorization from the manufacturer or its authorized representative.

The bidder shall have the technical capability and resources to supply, deliver, and commission a new heavy-duty truck-mounted potable water tanker conforming to the specifications provided in the bidding document.

The bidder shall submit all required documents and information specified in the bidding document. Failure to meet the mandatory eligibility requirements or submission of materially false information may result in rejection of the bid in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.

Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : |
Supply, delivery, and commissioning of one new heavy-duty truck-mounted potable water tanker with a minimum effective water-carrying capacity of 9,000 litres, complete with truck chassis, water tank, water pump, PTO drive arrangement, delivery hose, hose reel, valves, fittings, safety equipment, and all necessary accessories, in accordance with the technical specifications provided in the bidding document.
