Eligibility of Tenderer :

The bidder shall meet the following minimum requirements:

  1. Possess a valid Trade License relevant to the supply of electronic/IT equipment.

  2. Possess a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.

  3. Be registered in the Bhutan e-GP System and eligible to participate in government procurement.

  4. Not be debarred, suspended or blacklisted by the Royal Government of Bhutan or any competent authority.

  5. Submit the manufacturer’s catalogue/brochure and technical specifications of the proposed Interactive Smart Board TV.

  6. The offered goods shall be brand new, genuine and unused and shall comply with the minimum technical specifications.

  7. Have the capacity to supply and deliver  within the stipulated delivery period.

  8. Provide the required warranty and after-sales service as specified in the bidding document.

  9. Submit all other mandatory documents required under the bidding documents and applicable procurement rules.
