Brief Description of Goods and Related Service :

Sale and Supply of Portable Home Solar Lighting Systems (Energy Innovative Management Division, Department of Energy, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources)All quoted rates shall be inclusive of 5% GST and all other applicable charges.

Mandatory Sample Submission: All samples must be submitted to the Procurement Office, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (MoENR), on or before the bid closing deadline of 12 November 2026 at 9:00 AM. Strict compliance with this requirement is mandatory. Samples submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted, and bidders who fail to submit the required samples within the stipulated timeframe shall be treated as non-responsive.
