Supply and delivery of complete Taekwondo training and competition gears and related equipment suitable for use by athletes, coaches, referees and officials of the Bhutan Taekwondo Federation. The goods shall be new, unused, genuine, durable and fit for their intended purpose, and shall comply with the applicable World Taekwondo (WT) rules, technical requirements and recognized competition standards in force at the time of procurement.
The equipment shall be suitable for national and international-level Taekwondo training and competitions, including Kyorugi and Poomsae activities, as applicable. All protective equipment shall provide adequate protection, comfort, mobility and safety during training and competition.
Where applicable, equipment intended for official competition use shall be World Taekwondo-recognized/approved and compatible with the relevant competition requirements, including electronic scoring/protection systems where specified in the BOQ.
The supplier shall provide products with appropriate manufacturer identification, model/part number, country of origin and relevant certification or evidence of WT recognition/approval, where applicable. All items shall conform to the technical specifications, quantities, sizes and other requirements specified in the BOQ and Technical Specifications.
The supplier shall be responsible for supply, delivery, unloading and placement at the designated delivery location, including all associated costs, duties, transportation and other incidental expenses as specified in the bidding documents.
All goods shall be delivered in proper original packaging, free from manufacturing defects, damage or deterioration. The supplier shall provide warranty/after-sales support where specified in the respective item specifications. |
