The bidder shall be a legally registered business in Bhutan and shall possess a valid Trade Licence  relevant or similar experience in the design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of rock/wall climbing structures or steel structural frame support systems with delivery or supply of goods. The bidder shall engage competent professionals to execute the work in all respects, ensuring compliance with applicable structural safety standards. 

The bidder shall have a valid Tax Clearance Certificate 

The bidder shall be registered with the e-GP system.

The bidder shall not be debarred, suspended, blacklisted, or otherwise ineligible to participate in public procurement under the applicable laws and regulations of Bhutan.

The bidder shall comply with all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents and the Procurement Rules and Regulations (PRR) 2025.

Design, fabricate, supply, and install a complete indoor wall/rock climbing structure comprising steel support frame, fittings, fasteners, indoor wall climbing facility, the essential requirements include structural components (frame, panels, holds), safety systems (anchors, mats, crash pads), and climbing equipment (ropes, harnesses, belay devices, carabiners, helmets, chalk bags). Together, these ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with safety climbing standards. All steel members shall be finished with protective coatings and corrosion resistant treatment suitable for indoor use. The steel frame support system shall be integrated with the existing reinforced concrete (RC) wall frame support system. The winning bidder to  engage competent professionals to execute the work in all respect ensuring safety compliance and esnure intended serviceability or functional indor climbing wall system of the facility.
