Eligibility of Tenderer :
  • Valid Trade License relevant to the supply of vehicle spare parts and/or vehicle repair and maintenance services.
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
  • Must be a legally registered and eligible firm in accordance with applicable PRR 2025 requirements.
  • Relevant experience in the supply of vehicle spare parts and/or vehicle maintenance and repair services.
  • Adequate technical capacity and qualified/skilled personnel to undertake vehicle maintenance and repair works.
  • Availability of appropriate workshop facilities, tools, equipment and diagnostic facilities.
  • Ability to supply genuine, compatible and quality spare parts suitable for the specified Jambo and DCM.
  • Where applicable, bidder shall provide evidence of being an authorized dealer/distributor or an equivalent competent supplier/service provider.
