Eligibility of Tenderer :
  • The bidder shall be a legally registered entity authorized to conduct business in Bhutan and shall possess a valid Trade License relevant to the supply of motor vehicles, heavy commercial vehicles, garbage collection vehicles, waste management equipment or related goods.
  • The bidder shall be registered in the Government e-GP system and shall be eligible to participate in government procurement. The bidder shall not be debarred, suspended or blacklisted by the Royal Government of Bhutan or any competent authority at the time of bidding.
  • The bidder shall be either the manufacturer, authorized dealer, distributor or authorized representative of the manufacturer of the proposed garbage compactor truck. Where the bidder is not the manufacturer, a valid Manufacturer’s Authorization/Dealership Certificate shall be submitted along with the bid.
