Eligibility of Tenderer :

All eligible Bhutanese suppliers with valid following documents.

1. Medical Product Certificate for the 10 panel and single panel test kits 2. Supplier Registration certificate issued by Department of Medical Products for 10 panel and single panel test kits and associated consumables. 3. Valid trade license along with recent tax clearance certificate.4. Certificate of Analysis for all Drug Detection kits and devices from the manufacturer. 5. The Bidders should submit the sample for the testing kits and consumables on the same date of bid submission and bid without samples will be considered as non-responsive.
