Large W1 category Contractor having following valid documents: Valid Tax Clearance, Valid Trade license and Valid BCTA certificate
***All bidders must consider the GST and quote accordingly. No separate payment will be done for the GST.
***The following documents also form part of the Contract:
"Terms of Reference (TOR) as specfied in section 7 under 'Specifications and Performance Requirements"

The information, drawings, documents, and scope indicated in the attached files are provided for reference and guidance only and shall not be construed as exhaustive or limiting the scope of the Works. The Contractor shall independently verify the site conditions, existing infrastructure, dimensions, quantities, interfaces, and project requirements and shall include all works, materials, resources, coordination, testing, commissioning, and other activities necessary to deliver a complete, functional, safe, durable, and fit-for-purpose facility in accordance with the Terms of Reference, applicable standards, and the intended purpose of the Works. Any work reasonably required to achieve the intended outcome of the project, whether expressly identified in the referenced file or not, shall be deemed to be included in the Contractor’s scope and Contract Price.
