Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. The bidder shall have a valid Trade License relevant to the supply of IT/server equipment and a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.

2. The bidder shall be either the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or shall submit a valid Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) from the OEM for the proposed equipment.

3. The bidder shall have successfully completed at least one similar supply contract involving server or IT infrastructure equipment within the last three years. Evidence of the completed contract, such as the contract or purchase order and completion or delivery certificate, shall be submitted.
