3. The bidder shall be a legally registered Bhutanese firm/company.

4. The bidder shall have an established automobile workshop with adequate facilities, tools and equipment for carrying out vehicle maintenance and repair works within Thimphu Dzongkhag.

5.The bidder shall have an established automobile workshop with adequate facilities, tools and equipment for carrying out vehicle maintenance and repair works.

6. Only bidders having an established automobile workshop within Thimphu Dzongkhag shall be eligible to participate. Bidders from other Dzongkhags shall not be eligible.
