Eligibility of Tenderer :

Bidders are requested to inspect the samples of the Uniform Set, Field Jacket, Field Boots, Raincoat, Umbrella, Cap, and T-shirt at the Procurement Office, National Centre for Hydrology and Meteorology (NCHM), Thimphu, during office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Failure to inspect the samples will result in the bid being considered non-responsive during the evaluation.

5. Quote the price inclusive of all the applicable taxes. eg. GST

6. The quantity may vary and may be increased or decreased as per the actual requirement.

7. Bidders will be required to bring samples of each item for verification to ensure that the proposed items meet our sample requirements.
