Eligibility of Consultant :	1. Must possess a valid trade License for Hotel, Resturant, Catering or Related food services business. 2.Must Provide a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate. 3. Must not be debarred by RGoB rules and must not have breaches past contractual Obligation. 4.The bidder shall have a hotel, resturant , or catering facility located within Sarpang Dzongkhag. 4.The quoted bid price shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, transportation, delivery, installation (where applicable), and all other incidental charges, including BST applicable within the GMC area. 5.Bhutan Food Drug and Authority(BFDA) certificate.
