1. ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent QMS certification for the manufacturing company
2. Copy of valid trade licence, Valid Tax Clearance certificate and GST Certificate is required
3. Valid Manufacturer's Authorization Letter issued by the respective OEM.
4. Vendors must complete delivery within Four (4) months from the date of placement of the supply order, with an additional period of up to two (4) months for installation, testing, commissioning, SAT, including the 5-day on-site training.
Payment terms:
a. 50 % of the equipment price after delivery of equipment (against shipping documents/arrival at site), backed by an equivalent Bank Guarantee.
b. 40 % of the equipment price after successful installation, SAT, commissioning, and completion of the 5-day on-site training.
c. And 10% of the equipment price will be retained as insurance and for the security of the goods during the warranty period.
d. 100 % of the onsite training cost after completion of the training.
5. Vendors must submit a detailed technical compliance sheet against every parameter in Section 4 of TOR.
6. Vendors must have at least one (1) years of general experience in the supply, installation, and commissioning of humidity/temperature calibrators or similar meteorological/hydrological calibration equipment.7
7. Non-compliance with any of the above terms and conditions may lead to disqualification of the bid.
