1. The bidder must possess a valid Trade License and a Tax Clearance Certificate.
2. The items listed in the BOQ will be evaluated as a package, but each must be quoted separately. All seven (07) items must be quoted. Submission of a zero-value quotation for any item shall be considered non-responsive. The interested bidders should arrange for the submission of samples starting from the date of this tender's publication.
3. The Royal Bhutan Police (RBP) will provide 03 working days after the tender opening for the sample submissions. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in disqualification without further explanation.
4. The quoted price and quality of goods shall remain firm for the entire contract period. Therefore, bidders are required to conduct proper market research and prepare their quotations accordingly. The RBP will not entertain any revisions or adjustments to the quoted price or quality once the contract is awarded.
5. The RBP reserves the right to accept or reject the bids without providing any justification if the above TOR is not fulfilled. Additionally, the RBP retains the discretion to adjust the quantities of the required items as needed and will not compromise on quality.
