Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. Valid Trade License dealing with cloths, garments and shoes 

2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

3. Bidders should have a well-established and operational business establishment (Shop), without which your bids will be deemed non-responsive

4. Bidders should mandatorily inspect the sample in person during official office hours at the MCPS (DPP) prior to submission of their quotations.Failure to

comply with this requirement will render the bid non-responsive and liable for rejection.

5. The winning bidder shall take the measurement of uniform of each staff.

6. The quoted price shall be inclusive of all the applicable taxes (GST) and charges
