  1. The bidder must possess a valid trade license related to supply of Medicines and Laboratory Consumables and tax clearance certificate.
  2. The bidder must have at least one (1) year of experience in the relevant field and must operate a well-established shop.
  3. The bidder must submit the manufacturer authorization and dealership certificate. 
  4. The bidder must quote for all 34 items. Failure to quote any item shall be considered non-responsive, and the bid will not be evaluated.
