Eligibility of Tenderer :

The bidders shall adhere to the following Terms of Reference (TOR):

  1. The firm must possess a valid trade license and a Tax Clearance Certificate 
  2. The bidder must have a minimum of one (01) year of experience in the relevant field.
  3. The bidder must supply goods as per the supply order issued by CCP and Div-XI Thimphu
  4. The bidders must quote for all the items, and the evaluation will be carried out on a lot-wise basis.
  5. The contract shall be awarded on a lot-wise basis to the best evaluated bidder.
  6. In case of failure to quote the price of any item in the lot, the bid will be considered non-responsive.
