Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. The bidder shall possess a valid trade license issued by the relevant authority to carry out the supply of vehicle spare parts and/or vehicle maintenance services.

3. The bidder shall submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.

3. GST certificate, if applicable. 

4. The bidders shall quote for genuine and compatible vehicle spare parts and maintenance of vehicles that meet the specifications stated in the Bill of Quantities.

6. The quoted price shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, service charges, including GST, where applicable
