Eligibility of Tenderer :

1. The bidder must have valid trade license and tax clearance certificate 

2. The bidder must have at least 01year experience in the related field 

3. The bidder must inspect the approved samples before for quoting the bid. The approved samples will be displayed at Procurement unit office.

4. The samples can be superior quality than the approved samples.

5. The bidder must submit the samples of all the quoted items on or before 14th September 2026 to the procurement unit.

Failure to abide by the above TOR shall be considered Non-Responsive
