Eligibility of Tenderer :

1.Must possess a valid trade License and be registered to conduct business in Bhutan. 

2. Must Provide a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate. 

3. Must not be debarred by RGoB rules and must not have breaches past contractual Obligation. 

4.The quoted bid price shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, transportation, delivery, installation (where applicable), and all other incidental charges, including BST applicable within the GMC area.

5.The bidder shall submit the required sample(s), if requested by the Evaluation Committee, within the date and time specified in the request. Failure to submit the required sample(s) within the stipulated period shall consider the bid as non-responsive.
