| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
- The bidder must qualify as a National Competent Bidder.
- The bidder must possess a valid trade license and a valid tax clearance certificate.
- Relevant catalogues or brochures of the proposed items, along with manufacturer details, must be submitted.
- A material strength test report for the concrete grass paver must be furnished at the time of material delivery.
- Quoted rates must conform to the specifications outlined in the SBD, or exceed them.
- The supplier's quoted rate must be inclusive of all associated costs, including loading, delivery, taxes, customs clearance, and any other incidental expenses.
- Bidders are required to submit material samples to the Project Management Office at the time of evaluation; failure to do so will result in the bidder being deemed unresponsive.
- Given that this represents a first-of-its-kind design under GMC, the quality of materials must remain the Project's foremost priority, alongside securing the most competitive rates.
