  • A valid Trade License relevant to the supply of fencing materials, fabricated steel products, hardware, construction materials, agricultural fencing materials, or any other relevant category issued by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment (MoICE).
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate at the time of bid submission.
  • Bid Securing Declaration (Form 1), duly completed and signed.
  • Completed and signed Bid Submission Form and Price Schedule.
  • Acceptance of the Integrity Pact and all terms and conditions of the bidding document.
  • The bidder shall have the capability to supply brand-new, unused, and good-quality fencing materials and accessories in accordance with the technical specifications and delivery schedule.
