The Bhutanese firm having

2. The Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.

3. Bidders should have a well established and operational business establishment(shop), without which your bids will be deemed non-reponsive.

4. Bidders should mandatorily inspect sample in person during the office hours at the MCPS(DPP) prior to submission of their quotations. Falure to comply with this requirement will render the bid non responsive.

5. The quoted rate should be inclusive of all the applicable taxes (GST) and other charges.
