On 17 July 2017 at RIM, the Government Procurement & Property Management Division (GPPMD), Ministry of Finance has successfully trained 26 participants comprising of IT Officers, Loan Appraisal Officers, Credit Officers, and Procurement Officers etc. from the following Financial Institutions who signed the MoU with MOF:

1.      Bank of Bhutan Limited

2.      Bhutan National Bank Limited

3.      Bhutan Development Bank Limited

4.      Druk Punjab National Bank Limited

5.      T- Bank Limited

6.      Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited

7.      Bhutan Insurance Limited

8.      National Pension and Provident Fund

9.      GIC Re Bhutan Limited

The main objective of this training to provide Bank Users is to facilitate smooth and fast financial service to bidders to make any payment related to tender. It was overwhelming to receive a very positive feedback and provided with some more features to make it more robust and effective in the future. They also commented on the user friendliness of the system.
